Dumbbells


Dumbbells are one of the main equipment used in bodybuilding and they are included to any strength and conditioning program. It is like a standard for all of the gym to use them. Dumbbells are utilized for the purpose of strengthening most of the muscle groups. But the important here is that one should make sure to select appropriate weight. You should start with the heaviest weight you can then increase the weight gradually.

There are plenty of exercise types done with dumbbells and these are for working out of different parts of the body (Abdominals, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, legs, and forearms)

  • Weighted Crunch
  • Weighted Leg Raise
  • Dumbbell Side Band
