Bodybuilding Supplements

Bodybuilders use these supplements for various purposes including enhancement of weight gain, promotion of weight loss, improvement of performance. Since there are many different brands of supplements for different purposes, one should be very careful when intends to use them. Most of the times, it is advised to ask opinion of experienced people for using appropriate supplements.
The most common category of supplement used by the bodybuilders is protein and this protein is in powder form. It is taken by mixing it with either  water, milk or juice. Whey protein is consumed just before and after a workout. This protein contains high level of amino acids so it is used for recovery of muscle fibers in the metabolic cycle. Casein protein is consumed before going to bed.
Commercially available protein supplements are of number of choices. They can be found as bars, bites, gels, oats, powders.
