Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a way of contracting a particular mucles in the body. For this purpose, a small electrical device is used and electrodes are attached to the body. One can adjust the power of electrical stimulation using that device. Ususally low power is applied to smaller muscle groups.
EMS has mainly three benefits which are training, recovery and rehabilitation. Since EMS can provide greater contradiction compared to it helps you train in a more efficient way. We should also note that EMS bypassess stimuli transfer through central nervous system.
According to U.S. Food and Drug Administration there are two major categories for EMS: over the counter devices and prescription devices.

Arnold Schwarzenegger
Arnold Schwarzenegger was born in Thal, Austria in 1947. He became famous with his bodybuilding activity. He started this sport when he was very young. In his professional bodybuilding life, he was chosen as Mr. Olympia for seven times. He is also famous in the fields of movie, business and politics. He appeared too many Hollywood movies, including The Terminator 1, 2 and 3, Conan the Destroyer, The Expendables 1 and 2. Currently, he has been serving as the governor California since November 2003.

You should eat various kinds of vegetables and fruits because different veggies and fruits contain different sorts of vitamins other substances and our body needs these substances for health. In addition to these, we also need whole grains like wheat, oat, brown rice.
There are too many numbers of products made using whole grains: whole wheat flour, rolled oats, triticale flour, teff flour. It has been found out that eating whole grain products has an effect on reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Protein found in white meat especially fish meat is one of the best sources for healthy protein. Other suggested sources for protein is beans, nuts, poultry.

Strengthen your Muscles
